TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (FEES)
(AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2009
The Minister in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 79 of the Town and Country Planning Act, makes the following Regulations:
- These regulations may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Fees)(Amendment) Regulations, 2009.
- Regulation 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Fees) Regulations, in these Regulations, referred to as the principal Regulations, is amended in paragraph (b) by deleting the word "5" and subsituting the word "11".
- The Schedule to the principal Regulations is deleted and the Schedule to these Regulations is subsitututed therefor.
- These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of March, 2009.
