Monthly Statistical Reports

The TCDPO will now be providing monthly statistical reports detailing the work undertaken at the office. The report will contain information on the number of applications submitted and building starts and certificate of compliance applied for.

Architects who submit drawings to the Chief Town Planner seeking planning permission shall be registered under the Architects Registration Act as set out under Section 4(5)

Fees Regulations 2009

The Town and Country Planning (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 comes into operation on the 1st of March, 2009.

NOTICE

The following changes willbe in effect as of March 31st, 2008:

1. The minimum size paper on which drawings will be accepted is 11" x 17".
2. The site plan and the ground floor plan must be submitted as separate drawings.
